At the start, Jérôme was a senior digital marketer, trained in e-commerce, profit-driven (CAC, ROAS, margin). He joined entrepreneurs who wanted to structure their marketing function. On the ground, the picture became clear fast: agencies sprint at the start with seniors who later leave, with juniors on rotation behind them. Freelancers show up in silos, nobody steers the whole thing. Budgets melt away in 80-slide decks or in communications with no business angle.

How the squad came together.
Rather than keep burning budgets, Jérôme brought it in-house wherever his skills allowed. Strategy, digital performance, tracking, content, automation: one field at a time, one tool at a time. For the sharp specialisations he could not cover, he brought in external seniors mission by mission, while running the show himself. Consulting costs collapsed. The system worked so well inside his partners’ companies that the question came from them: why not offer it to others?
HeySquad was born from those observations. No client needs a full-time Jérôme: what they need is a team with complementary specialisations and backup between profiles. The squad grows to cover the six fields of the marketing mix. The value stays the same: we work on site, with the client. Fast information, daily adaptability, skill transfer to the internal team. Today, we run this system for companies that want to grow with a clear digital marketing strategy.

Four moments that repeat on every mission.
- week 1 · immersion
From day one, we settle at a free desk. We meet the founder, the heads of department, the operators. We analyse everything that already exists. We note what jams, what is dormant, what works without anyone noticing. This immersion audit sets the first observations.
- week 2-3 · prioritisation
We come back with a list. Quick wins. Heavy lifts. False good ideas. We sort by impact, by effort, by sequence. We define the most effective strategy to put in place. We adapt the tracking fast, so we work on the right data.
- month 1+ · execution
We set up the new campaigns, optimise the measurement tools, produce the content, iterate continuously. Strategy without execution holds no value. We get our hands in the work, like a member of the team.
- ongoing · enablement
We review the first dashboards together. Your team has to level up. Not to replace us, to work better with us. When the mission ends, you steer it, or you keep going with us.

Wallonia. Liège, Verviers, Spa, Francorchamps, Jalhay.
We work on site. Our offices are in Thimister-Clermont, thirty minutes from Liège. We go to our clients’ premises. The client’s own walls are where you really understand what is at stake.

The tools we actually use, not the show-off list.
A stack is not a business card. We pick the tool that serves the project, not the other way round. If a mission calls for Klaviyo over Mailchimp, we go Klaviyo. What we list here is what we install and operate day in, day out.
