Copywriting.

Not filler. Not fine phrases. Your knowledge, written to rank.

Your experience, your teams know things your website does not tell. We fix that misalignment by mining your story, put in writing in your voice. Suddenly you are quotable by Google and the AI engines that still ignore you. We explain why.

02 · OPERATION NOTE · OPS COPYWRITING

Copywriting, decoded

The field report

Your service pages could belong to any competitor. Your best argument stays spoken, in meetings. The day an AI asked about your trade quotes someone else, the problem is not ranking, it is the copy.

The cost of waiting

A page that proves nothing does not rank, and nobody remembers it. Google buries the interchangeable, AI enginesthe AIs that answer instead of the engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity…) only quote what demonstrates. You end up paying for advertising that brings readers onto words leaving no trace.

In black and white

Your key pages rewritten in one single voice. Your trade vocabulary set down in black and white. The proof that was missing: figures, method, real cases. A writing grid so your team holds the line without us.

The manoeuvre

We start with the field, before writing a line: two one-hour interviews with the people doing the work on your side. We cross those interviews with real queries from Google Search Consolethe Google tool that shows which searches you appear on, the competitive gap in Semrushprofessional SEO audit and keyword tool and what AI enginesthe AIs that answer instead of the engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity…) already say about you. We then draft, and keep what proves, not what flatters.

The lock that breaks

Pages that rank on your trade queries, not only on your name. A brand quoted in your own words, in meetings as much as inside an AI answer.

03 · WHAT WE WON'T WRITE IN AN RFP

Brand voice sets the tone. Copywriting proves you know what you are talking about.

Writing for SEO with no knowledge inside produces correct pages nobody quotes. The reverse exists too: people who know their trade but write in five voices, and a brand you no longer recognise from one page to the next. Copywriting holds both ends, on one condition: voice framing comes before, never during. If it does not exist yet, we start by setting the brand voice, and write afterwards.

  • 01

    Your knowledge put in writing

What your team explains in meetings finally exists on the page: the objections it handles, the edge cases it alone has met, the reasons for your choices. That is what the reader kept looking for without ever finding.

  • 02

A voice held page after page

Fifteen pages written by four people end up speaking with one voice. Your reader recognises the house without looking at the logo. That is exactly what a brand is.

  • 03

    An indexable knowledge layer

It is the knowledge laid into the text that makes a page usable by a model. Engines pick up what asserts and demonstrates, never what spares everyone. With no knowledge layer, there is nothing to index.

  • 04

    A grid that stays

The chosen vocabulary, the turns of phrase proper to your trade, the formulations to stop using. Your team uses it to write the next pages, and the line holds once we are gone.

05 · THE PLAY-BY-PLAY

Four steps. Two interviews with your team. No page published without your review.

  1. STEP 01

We get the field talking, not marketing.

Two one-hour interviews with the people living the trade. We record the recurring objections, the figures quoted from memory, the vocabulary actually used. That is where the material lives, the kind neither Semrush nor a model can invent.

  2. STEP 02

We settle what each page must prove.

One page, one search intent, one demonstration. We set real queries from Google Search Console against what is already covered, and drop pages that would duplicate. Whatever does not serve it leaves the plan before being written.

  3. STEP 03

We write, figures and sources in hand.

Writing in the voice framed upstream, with figures, cases and sources in the body of the text, not relegated to the footer. Every claim that commits you is attributed. Each page goes back to the person who provided the material, not to a committee.

  4. STEP 04

    We track rankings and citations.

Rankings and queries won in Google Search Console, gap closed in Semrush, plus a record of what AI engines now answer about your trade. We document what worked and leave you the writing grid for what comes next.

06 · THE FLOW AT A GLANCE

What gets said in interviews ends up quoted by engines.

THE FIELDTHE PAGETHE PICK-UP«««««INDEXABLEone voice · proof inside the textGoogleranks youAI ENGINESquote youWhat your site was not telling becomes what gets quoted.

Your team's knowledge moves from spoken word to the page, written in one voice with the proof inside the text. That is the layer Google and AI engines can index, then pick up.

07 · NOT YET FOR YOU IF

Three cases where rewriting your pages is not the current priority.

  • Your brand voice is not framed.

Writing fifteen pages without tone rules means producing fifteen voices. We point you to voice framing before billing a single line: in the other order, everything would need redoing. That framing is short work, provided it comes first.

  • Nobody on your side can free up an hour.

What makes the difference comes out of the heads of your field teams, not out of a model or a competitive scan. Without those two interviews, we would write what everyone already writes, and your budget deserves better.

  • Your technical base does not keep up.

Remarkable copy on a site that takes five seconds to display does not rank, and engines read it poorly. The right order: technical base first, rewriting second, otherwise you pay twice for the same work.

08 · THE QUESTIONS WE ACTUALLY HEAR

Questions asked after the second meeting. Honest answers.

You stay ranked on your name and a few easy queries, and invisible on the ones through which people discover you. You also lose the pick-up: an AI engine asked about your trade quotes the pages that demonstrate, and if none of them is yours, a competitor inherits the answer. The shortfall settles in slowly, which makes it easy to ignore for two years. The agency, freelance or in-house debate sits here.

It writes very well, and on this ground that is exactly the problem. A model produces the average of what already exists: the correct page nobody quotes. What sets you apart are the figures your team carries in its head, the edge cases it alone has met, the word your customer actually uses. That is not invented, it is collected. For briefed volume, though, AI holds up very well, and we put it to work in AI writing.

It can be measured, imperfectly but usefully. We query the main engines on a list of questions your prospects genuinely ask, before the mission then at three and six months, recording who gets quoted and on what. Citation tracking tools exist on the market too. None gives a figure as clean as a Google ranking, and promising you otherwise would be dishonest. This record plugs into the rest of your measurement, otherwise it lives in its corner and serves nobody.

Rarely more than eight to twelve for an SME, provided you pick the right ones: the service pages carrying your expertise and the page explaining your method. Rewriting forty secondary pages moves very little and costs a lot. We identify the pages that matter during scoping, crossing what already gets impressions with what you want remembered about you. The rest waits.

No: they talk, we write. Two one-hour interviews, then thirty minutes of review per page, handled by the person interviewed. That is the one thing we cannot do in your place: we can learn your trade, we cannot have lived your projects. Companies that refuse to give that time walk away with generic pages, and they see it six months later in their rankings.

Yes, and it is common. We split clearly: they keep the short formats and the social cadence, we take the in-depth pages that must rank and prove. The only rule set upfront is a shared voice grid, otherwise the site speaks two languages and the reader feels it. If a content plan already exists, we fit into it rather than redo it; if there is none, pillar pages are where to lay one.

Field note

A page is pruned like a tree: what you take away matters more than what you add. My first draft is always twice too long, then I cut everything anyone else could have written. What remains fits in a few lines, and it is the only material someone will ever pick up as their own.
